The fee that “was” in affect and still is, has and is utilized to offset tax dollars spent on the Township’s Recreation Fields. The safety vests for politicians to campaign at the Transfer Station will be provided by the municipality. Please note an application and fee requirements have been in effect since 2001. Ordinance #10-2009, recently adopted, amends the Ordinance to clarify the process for the issuance of special events permits and the requirements for the use of public facilities. The amendments do include an established fee schedule and insurance requirements. For more information or to read the Ordinance, please contact the Clerk’s Office 561-0064.

Yes, there is an application fee and possibly some other fees. Guess we get to pay twice. All to try and stop otherwise legal activities.

I'm just wondering, will there be a fee associated with applying for these 'permits' that are going to be required for assembly on public property?? Because if there is a fee, we know the real reason behind this ordinance......
Also, will the township be supplying these safety vests, or will everyone have to go buy a safety vest to use for a possibly one time assemblance?? Just wondering......
