    You should not.I go up there just to hang out and suck up the air cotninioding in the summer when I’m hot. Imagine if you feel uncomfortable how you are making THEM feel. Hey CJ it’s not THEIR house it’s YOUR house.ALSO, do not be afraid to ask for detailed examination of the reasoning for the permit and fees. Sometimes there are exemptions. But you won’t get them unless you ask. I also would look around your neighborhood to see what public places aren’t permitted. Take note. Then take those addresses with you. You will find that when you present those address of non permitted sites .. yours can go non permitted as well.Remember kids, in this town it isn’t what you know; but who.
