The Township offers a rehabilitation program, which provides loans to qualified homeowners for emergency repairs to their property. The owner must sign a mortgage and note with the Township, which puts a lien on the property until the home is sold or transferred. There is a criteria for income requirements, which must be approved. To apply, submit a copy of your deed, current homeowners insurance, current income tax returns for all adults living in the household, three quotes for the work and $8.00 filing fee.
