From The Daily Journal — A Buena Vista resident was indicted by a grand jury Thursday on two counts of aggravated arson in connection with an Egg Harbor City fire last October, officials said Thursday.

The Egg Harbor City Police Department arrested Donald Lentz, 24, of Weymouth Road, in connection with the fire in the 100 block of Philadelphia Avenue on Oct. 23. The fire started at 12:03 a.m. and destroyed one property on the block and caused fire and smoke damage to other businesses and homes in the area, according to a news release by the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office. No injuries were reported from the fire.

The grand jury indicted Lentz on two counts of aggravated arson and one count of making terroristic threats, according to the release.

Lentz posted $100,000 bail and is awaiting trial.
