From Phillyblurbs.com — An Atlantic County man was charged Saturday after officers found him in possession of illegal drugs and a stun gun, police said.

Thomas D. Kingkiner III, 27, of Mullica Township was stopped at 7:17 p.m. on Route 70 after officers received a report from another motorist that Kingkiner’s vehicle was traveling on the shoulder of the highway, police said.

During the stop, officers spotted the stun gun in the vehicle, police said. A search of the vehicle revealed that Kingkiner was also in possession of six small packages containing heroin as well as several tablets of unauthorized prescription drugs, police said.

Kingkiner was charged with possession of a prohibited weapon, drug possession, drug possession in a motor vehicle and several motor vehicle offenses. He was lodged in Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly on $6,000 bail.
